While good therapy offers a safe space for reflection and increased self- awareness, it often fails to create change in one’s life. Successful coaching can produce tangible results though without doing the deeper emotional work, these gains are often short lived. My approach is integrated and utilizes my training as both a holistic psychotherapist and certified coach. As a practitioner of 15 years, I have supported clients age 13 to 75 experiencing a wide array of challenges to gain the clarity and confidence needed to live more authentic, fulfilling lives.
