I am a licensed psychotherapist and obtained my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Since graduating, I have completed numerous additional trainings including becoming a Certified Deep Transformational Coach through the Center for Transformational Coaching and an IFS Level 1 Practitioner through the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Institute. I am a grounded, warm and direct practitioner who meets my clients where they are while always reminding them of what they want and what is possible for them.
