Which One Is Right For Me?

My coaching services are available to residents of any state and country and they are contracted on a fully self-pay basis.

As coaching clients, you have my full expertise in supporting you with challenges or transitions you may be facing. If I assess that your circumstances would be better served by a higher level of psychological care, I will provide referral sources.

Format

  • Sessions are either 55 minutes or 80 minutes (1 hour 20 minutes) and held remotely via Zoom or over the phone.

  • Rates for sessions are structured based on how regularly we meet. Contact me for more information.

  • Because I am fully committed to your healthy evolution, we will plan to meet consistently and ongoingly - so that you reap the full benefits of a space and trained therapist/coach dedicated to your highest and best.

Therapy: all of the above plus an optional invoice to submit to your insurance company

As a therapist licensed in the state of NM (# CMH0149341), I am authorized to provide mental health counseling to residents of New Mexico on the condition that they meet diagnostic criteria for a mental health diagnosis.

This allows residents of these states to ask for reimbursement from their insurance company if their plan allows it.

Please note I do not take insurance directly, I accept only self-pay clients. However, I can offer clients invoices to submit for insurance reimbursement (or credit towards your deductible), depending on your particular plan.

I love working with teens and young adults who are inspired to know themselves and lead healthier, more authentic lives. I offer a percentage of these clients discounted rates to work with me.

Any space oriented towards personal development is a space for healthy self-reflection which supports inner security, self-acceptance and satisfying relationships.

We all develop limiting patterns and false beliefs about ourselves and the world as a result of our early life experiences (oftentimes traumatic ones). Such patterns, though brilliant in their historical context, are often self-defeating and at odds with our deepest longings and goals as adults.

My work is a blend of several modalities including holistic psychology, deep transformational coaching, IFS (internal family systems) and polyvagal theory (nervous system science). I utilize these frameworks to support meaningful exploration of self on cognitive, emotional and somatic/body levels.

Through gaining a clear and unwavering sense of our experiences, the resolution of impactful and or traumatic memories happens easily and quickly.

Our space is one in which you will not only grow in self-awareness and have a better understanding of your own patterns, reactions, beliefs and conditioning, but you will also receive loving and direct support so that you feel confident and capable of making true and powerful changes in your life.
